Band Bio: In 2011, Trevor formed a vocal ensemble to help him perform his songs, an artful combination of layered harmonies, bossa-inspired guitar, and challenging progressions. Since then, the Brooklyn-based group has found a niche between art song, folk, and theater, performing in clubs, recital halls, art galleries, and theatrical productions. In March, they released their debut, Soft Wings, which was hailed by the editors of Bandcamp as, 'Difficult. Genius. Your grandchildren will call this pop music.' They look forward to seeing many new cities in their Summer's End Tour, and beginning a theater piece in NYC for the fall.

Jonah Parzen-Johnson, a Brooklyn based song-writer, grew up on the South Side of Chicago surrounded by the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians and South Side music community. Parzen-Johnson's music for solo baritone saxophone depicts a meticulously constructed world of warm memories recalled in a cold present, as he melds the evocative nature of American Folk music with the chilling power of experimentalism. Jonah’s careful balance of extended techniques and unadorned melodies creates a highly captivating and strikingly intimate solo saxophone performance.
