Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival (GMCMF) The Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival fosters the artistic growth of committed young violinists, violists, cellists, and pianists within a warm and supportive community. GMCMF is also aware of its responsibility to not simply teach these highly gifted students to perform, but ultimately to teach them to become advocates for their art. Several string quartets, formed during the Festival, will present riveting works for the Radio Bean, and will connect the listeners to the music with descriptions and masterful playing.
